What does patient check-in look like with Gravity?
Before the visit, the patient gets one text link with nothing to download and no password. From their phone they confirm their details, answer the screening questions, sign consents, upload their ID and insurance card and pay the copay. At the desk, staff confirm a visit that is already checked in.
What is patient intake software for an imaging center?
Gravity Visit is everything the patient does for their visit, on their own phone: book it, fill in every form once, check in and pay before they arrive, and see their results, with nothing to download and no password.
Do patients need to download an app or create a password?
No. Patients open their portal from a secure, time-limited text link and confirm who they are with their date of birth.
What if a patient arrives without checking in?
Front-desk staff run the same check-in for the patient from the staff screen.
