What is Gravity Communication?
Voice, chat and document are built into Gravity, on the center’s own numbers, both ways: phone, text, web chat, fax and email. Calls, texts, emails and chats land in the real-time worklist in Gravity Work, faxes and website uploads in the document worklist, and every conversation stays on the order. Gravity’s agents use the same channel your staff do, each for the job it was built for.
What happens to my team?
Gravity takes over the tasks, not the people. The routine work completes on its own, so your team can give patients the attention the paperwork used to take.
Can we keep our numbers, or our current vendor?
Yes. Gravity can port your phone, fax and text numbers, so they stay your numbers. Keep your own phone or fax vendor if you like; those calls and faxes are then not on the order in Gravity.
Is phone, fax and texting included, or extra?
Phone, fax and text are built into Gravity and available to replace your vendors, as usage-based add-ons.
What happens when a patient replies STOP?
Gravity never texts them again. The opt-out is kept on the order timeline with every other conversation.
How is our data protected?
Hosted on AWS in US regions only. A HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with every customer. Every sub-processor used in Gravity has a BAA with Alpha Nodus. Independently penetration-tested every year. Data encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys. MFA on every production login, SSO on Enterprise. Controls monitored continuously, with a public Trust Center.
