About the Role

  • Reschedule appointments upon patient’s request, by monitoring and communicating via all communication channels (call & text)

  • Perform necessary verification according to guidelines

  • Communicate effectively with clients and medical professionals

  • Meet and maintain HIPAA regulations in regards to Protected Health Information

  • Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience working in a Call Center with demonstrated basic Computer skills

  • Ability to speak English and Spanish is a must

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Associates Degree Preferred

  • Scheduling experience in the healthcare field a plus
